The Monthly Jazz Jam Session
Hosted by tenor sax man, Nick Gould. It’s Festival month in Edinburgh….so we never really know who’s in town and who might drop in for a play. What’s more, there’s many local musicians who come in to make this one of the hottest jam sessions around…and it’s great fun!!

Midas and the Masters of Funk
Yes, the elegantly ‘suited and booted’ Mr David Midas – erstwhile champion of funky guitar – takes us on a journey onboard the funky/jazz/soul train this evening – a delightful showcase of all that is good about tight rhythms and incredible musicianship. He’ll have a terrific band with him including the dazzlingly brilliance of Alexander McNamee on piano.
